17.1 Two dipoles in free space

This example is available in .../QW-3D/Standard/Antennas/Dipoles/dip2.QWPro in the QW-Modeller examples directory and can be loaded using File®Open Examples... command from main menu.

General Description

Two dipoles excited in phase.

Geometry

The dipoles are placed in a cubic volume of free space with a side of 48 mm. The exterior boundaries of the cubic volume are absorbing and the NTF box is placed 8 mm from the absorbing walls in each direction.  The dipoles are placed symmetrically in the considered space and are separated by a distance of 24 mm.
