19  Balanced antipodal Vivaldi antenna

This example is available in .../QW-3D/Standard/Antennas/Vivaldi/vivaldi.QWPro in the QW-Modeller examples directory and can be loaded using File®Open Examples... command from main menu.

General Description

Planar Vivaldi antenna was presented in October 2000 issue of Microwave Engineering Europe.

According to the reference paper the antenna is surrounded by Perfectly Matched Layer (PML) absorbing box.
