3.13 Cold Plasma

Cold Plasma  is a dispersive dielectric medium.

Relative magnetic permeability Mu, electric conductivity Sigma and magnetic loss SigmaM can be declared analogously as for dielectric isotropic.

Its complex relative permittivity (including series losses) is given by single-pole Drude dispersion model with user-specified parameters.
