3.14 Metamaterial

Metamaterial is a metamaterial medium (negative index material, left-handed material LHM).

Electric conductivity Sigma and magnetic loss SigmaM can be declared analogously as for dielectric isotropic.

For Metamaterial, up to triple-pole dispersive model can be chosen with an arbitrarily weighted composition of Debye, Drude and Lorentz models applied for both electric and magnetic components, independently.
