VF if an experienced software producer and vendor. Their finite element software of OPERA series has gained popularity worldwide. Under the agreement with QWED, VF will be distributing worldwide a version of QW-3D software under the name VF CONCERTO. QWED will continue to sell directly QW-3D under its original name but will not appoint any new agents. QWED will try to concentrate on customised versions and emerging applications. The systems of customer support of QW-3D and CONCERTO will be separated. VF agents worldwide will be supporting only CONCERTO while QWED will provide a direct internet support to QW-3D users.
