Windows menu contains commands for managing windows, refreshing the project after introducing modifications and switching between Ribbon and Toolbars

 - opens Memory Usage dialogue for monitoring the memory usage.

 - hides the QW-Editor Ribbon and show all QW-Editor Toolbars

 - hides all QW-Editor Toolbars and show the QW-Editor Ribbon

 - opens Toolbars and/or Ribbon dialogue with options for user interface layout
