6.1.4   Display

The 3D Radiation Pattern display shows the 3D radiation pattern results for parameters set in the 3D Radiation Patterns dialogue and with display options set in the Antenna 3D Parameters panel.

In the 3D Radiation Pattern display the following general operations are possible:

·         use the left mouse button to rotate or move the display,

·         use the mouse wheel to zoom in and out the display

·         use the right mouse button to see the main context menu.

 

Depending on the display options, the display contains 3D radiation pattern results, project structure, Phi, Theta and Reference Axis Planes and Normals, and also Phi and Theta Vectors. The display options can be changed in the Antenna 3D Parameters panel.

 

The 3D radiation pattern results parameters can be changed in the 3D Radiation Patterns dialogue which can be invoked with button_3d button in Radiation tab or with 3D Radiation Pattern… command from main menu or context menu.

 

The right side of the display of the 3D Radiation Pattern window contains the Colour Bar for visualisation of the colour palette and range from minimum to maximum value described with colours.

The rectangular area with text contains information about 3D radiation pattern. The position can be change by moving it with mouse and parameters of the information text can be changed in the the Antenna 3D Parameters panel.

 

The Status Bar show various information about the state of the 3D Radiation Pattern window.
