Dr. Małgorzata Celuch
Senior Scientist; co-author of QuickWave™; team leader in industrial and EU-funded R&D projects. Co-founder of QWED, Vice-President (Executive) from 1997 to 2017, and President since 2017. Her work bridges computational electromagnetics with microwave materials characterization.

Short Biography
Małgorzata Celuch co-founded QWED while a doctoral student and, since the launch of QWED’s commercial activities in 1997, served as Vice-President (Executive) until 2017, when she became President.
Her research background is in computational electromagnetics: M.Sc. (1988, honors) and Ph.D. (1996, honors) from the Warsaw University of Technology (WUT), where she held academic positions until 2017 and continues to co-supervise doctoral students.
She is the author of 170+ peer-reviewed publications and 6 monograph chapters (h-index 17, 1100+ citations) and a recipient of 10+ awards for excellence. Her research results are implemented in QWED’s products and services.
Research Focus & Project Leadership
Dr. Celuch leads R&D projects—both industrial and co-funded under the European Horizon frameworks—exploring synergies between computational modeling and materials characterization, with particular interest in 5G/mmWave frequencies and energy materials.
