Dr. Andrzej Więckowski
Assistant Professor at the Warsaw University of Technology; co-author of QuickWave™ and QWED co-founder. Specialist in microwave circuits, semiconductor device measurements, network analysis, and graphical user interfaces (lead author of QW-Editor and CAD converters).

Short Biography
Andrzej Więckowski received the M.Sc. (1970) and Ph.D. (1980) in electronics at the Warsaw University of Technology (WUT). Since 1981 he has served as Assistant Professor at WUT’s Institute of Radioelectronics.
His research spans microwave circuits and elements, measurements of semiconductor devices, and computer-aided network analysis, resulting in some thirty publications (including papers in Electronics Letters) and three patents.
International Projects
In 1991 and 1993 he contributed to projects for Forschungsgesellschaft für Informationstechnik GmbH (Bad Salzdetfurth, Germany), developing software for antenna pattern characterisation.
Teaching & Academic Service
As a lecturer and M.Sc. supervisor, Dr. Więckowski teaches computer science, programming techniques, microwave techniques, electromagnetic field theory, and antennas.
Systems & Applications
Experienced system analyst skilled in computer graphics and image processing, with activities dating back to the pioneering years—including cooperation with television on subtitling systems.
QuickWave & QWED
