2D Imaging of Graphene Oxide Electric Parameters With a 10 GHz Inverted Single-Post Dielectric Resonator

When/Where: Thursday, Jan 23, 9:20 AM · Room San Juan 1
Presenter: Dr. Małgorzata Celuch (QWED)
Authors: Łukasz Nowicki (Warsaw University of Technology; QWED), Agata Romanowska (Ł-IMiF), Małgorzata Celuch (QWED), Adrian Chlanda (Ł-IMiF)

Listed in the official Day 2 schedule (Session Th1). Proceedings appear under DOI 10.1109/LAMC63321.2025.

What we presented

iSiPDR + 2D scanning

We used a 10 GHz inverted Single-Post Dielectric Resonator integrated with a 2D scanner to map electrical parameters (σ, Rs) of graphene-oxide samples by tracking frequency and Q-factor shifts.

Why it matters

The method enables defect detection and spatial variability analysis for microelectronics and battery materials, supporting quality control and process optimization.
