Cavity Resonator for Dielectrics Rods

Rods

High-accuracy dielectric characterization of solid rods up to 3.1 mm in diameter.

  • Frequency range:
10 & 23 GHz, 19 GHz, 24 GHz
  • Dielectric constant:
Dk = 1 – 100 (achievable accuracy: δDk < 0.5%)
  • Loss tangent:
Df > 5×10-5 (10 & 23 GHz), 10-4 (19, 24 GHz) (achievable accuracy: δDf < 2%)
  • Temperature:
10 – 100 °C
  • Software-controlled measurement
