6 I/O Ports
The I/O ports, Mesh Snapping Planes, Absorbing Boundary Conditions and NTF can be introduced in a manual way (see Manual Drawing chapter for more information).
We suggest more convenient way of introducing the following I/O ports using a set of dedicated dialogues:
Point Source or Probe using Point/Probe dialogue
Transmission Line Port using Transmission Line Port dialogue
Absorbing Boundary Conditions using ABC Wall or ABC Box dialogue
Lumped Impedance using Lumped Impedance dialogue
NTF box using NTF dialogue
Plane Wave box using Plane Wave dialogue
Mesh Snapping Planes, Symmetry Planes or Boundaries using Snapping Plane dialogue
Fields Monitor box using Fields Monitor dialogue
An alternative way of introducing the I/O ports is using special UDOs available in the UDO library.
