Microwave Materials and Their Applications (MMA 2025)
September 16–19, 2025
Totem de l’Innovation, Baie de Saint-Brieuc, France
Organized by IETR (Institut d'Électronique et des Technologies du numéRique)

The 13th edition of the Microwave Materials and their Applications (MMA) conference will be held in the scenic Baie de Saint-Brieuc, France, at the Totem de l’Innovation. This event is proudly organized by IETR, a leading research institute in electronics and digital technologies.
MMA is a well-established biannual international conference series launched in 2000. It serves as a global platform for researchers, engineers, and industry professionals to explore the latest advances in microwave materials and their real-world applications. The conference promotes an active dialogue between academia and industry, helping shape research agendas that meet current and emerging technological needs.
MMA is also a great opportunity for students and early-career researchers to develop essential scientific and technical skills through direct engagement with experts in the field.

The upcoming edition will highlight innovative topics with a particular focus on the future of mobile telecommunications and the materials and devices required to support these developments. Contributions are invited in the following areas:

1. Material Development
Dielectric, magnetic, conductive, ferroelectric, piezoelectric, and multiferroic materials
Material formats: films, ceramics, composites, 2D materials, textiles, metamaterials, etc.
2. Microwave Characterization Techniques
Novel methods for material and structure characterization
Advances in measurement, optimization, simulation, and modeling
3. Microwave Devices and Applications
From design and fabrication to performance testing
Applications include antennas, sensors, absorbers, RF packaging, and more
4. Emerging Techniques and Fabrication Methods
Cold sintering, room-temperature processing
