FPOR: Broadband dielectric extraction for thin films on substrates
A new FPOR workflow enables dielectric property extraction for thin films deposited on a substrate across a broad microwave frequency range. The extracted results show very good agreement with direct measurements and support both R&D and production use cases in polymer technology, PCB laminates, and semiconductor processing.
